I don’t think you know what the word opportunistic means lmao. Doesn’t fit the situation at all. Can’t really be opportunistic when I’m the first vote and people are expressing desire to go elsewhereOne might say it could seem like an opportunistic vote.
You had me as a town lean before I ever mentioned Alco so by definition your town read had to be independent of it.I never said my town lean did have anything to do with your interactions of alco did I? I’m saying i ISO’d you and your posts aren’t as townie as I’d thought they were
also your ISO is literally 3 pages of short as fuck posts kek. I did only read the first 2 tho so I guess you got me
Beware the bus. This is the second person you’ve voted after they’ve formed a case on you
I mean he literally just made a post about why he thinks my play around BPD is more towny than scummy to him, but now he changed his read on me entirely based on completely unrelated things.Woof woof!
(I'm not sure Poyser have his reason for tow reading you in the first place. Why do you think he did, and why do you think it's bullshit for him to reverse?)
That’s nonsense because you didn’t do anything with it. When tpein tried to engage with you over it you completely shrugged him off lol “I didn’t make any judgement about the reads themselves but go off I guess”. That’s what you said. Hardly reads like someone that had done it on purpose to get reactions does it lmao. You shied away from the reactions you did get! Also the post about your town reads wasn't pointless, I made it ambiguous that way to see what people would read into it.
T-Pein hounded me for at as if I said that 7 town reads is too much, which it isn't. I realize T-Pein is gonna try and undermine me any way he can in every game though, we just don't gel.
And now you call it pointless which at face value it is, but using it to justify changing your read on me is nonsense.
Yes? What point is it you’re trying to make here exactly? You had me as a town lean before I ever mentioned Alco so by definition your town read had to be independent of it.
Yeah I didn't go anywhere with it because I had T-Pein as town way before it, and like I said, him reacting this way is completely NAI for him in particularThat’s nonsense because you didn’t do anything with it. When tpein tried to engage with you over it you completely shrugged him off lol “I didn’t make any judgement about the reads themselves but go off I guess”. That’s what you said. But he is more of his own scum faction than an Indie really. I see your point in that we know there aren't any real associative to build off of, but I'd only really accept a lynch elsewhere if there is either evidence (mech) or a better lead comes up through play. Best way to play this would be to approach the day with Xenos as a backup and if nothing better comes up, to go to it. It's not a mislynch and with his game over he has no reason to not try to hurt the town in the night phase.I mean that’s a consideration, but wasting another day lynching the second indy just seems a bit shite lol
Vote Poyser[Vote lynch Poyser]
Yeah I agree with that. But he is more of his own scum faction than an Indie really. Why do you assume it was a scum ability? Now was the ceasefire flavour for « scums didn’t do a night action » or did someone communicate with scum to make a deal?
My point is you're using my interactions with Alco as a big point for changing your read, when according to yourself you didn't town read me for them beforehand. You're currently trying to say that you had a number of reasons you leaned town on me for that didn't involve Alco, but revisiting that interaction made you discard all of them.Yes? What point is it you’re trying to make here exactly?
This doesn't really stand though - BPD was otherwise widely town read. I don't have much meta of tweet but from what I have gathered he isn't a very brash scum, so pushing a player getting town read a lot (BPD himself commented on this) is obviously not a hill he wants to die on. If nothing else, he clearly had plausible motivation to retire his push on X, so your argument that he could have easily just maintained it doesn't stand up for me.I also think a scum tweet is more likely to double down on the BPD sus later in the day rather than be like um ya I actually had no conviction anyway. Seems like a pretty dumb thing to do as scum. Especially considering you don’t even need to. He could just be like hmmm well I still think BPD looks like shit but he’s obviously not gonna get lynched today so I’ll vote Flower instead. There’s no need at all to do what he did
Though, this isn't really the killer point either. Going against the flow by itself as fine (I also have no desire to push against Fang and believe him to be town, a position I don't expect to change), by itself it actually is pro town in fact. My issue I regards to his treatment with tweet is that he is trying to present the behaviour tweet exhibited yesterday as something that doesn't make sense as scum, and the argument doesn't resonate with me at all.Interesting that Poyser is trying to say Fang and Tweet are alright despite them being scum read by a few different players...
