Using Ekko's Arcane game as a basis, I expect about 2-3 or 3 Indies and 2 scum groups of, say, 4. That game had a Cult too though, so I could see 5, for a total of 10-12 non-town. It's a lot, but that's what Ekko likes.

Last game was hosted by Ultra with 5 scum, 1 SK, and one survivor type indie out of 21-23 players

So potentially each time probably has 3-4 members, likely 1 to 2 or 3 indies
