For the record - I have a good deal of distrust about the shield discussion being public. Especially for players who are content to blabber on about it and do little else. Aside from using it as an excuse to look productive, I actually have the expectation that if town fired into the dark the immediate result would probably be that the shield lands on a consensus town player like Shep. The sudden injunction of multiple players suggesting Magic is pinging me.

It's good for mind games too day 1. So scum have to second guess their kill if they shoot a top poster.
