I’m not denying he hasn’t offered much, but where he stands currently is largely aligned with where I stand, so I’m not gonna be suspicious of him on D1. Plus like I said, I don’t see him just deciding to shield magic (unless they are scum together ofc) because magic is someone he tends to worry about when he’s scum. Also, hardly anybody reads magic as town here so he could easily pass it over to somebody else, or allow himself to be convinced elsewhere etc. just seems needless
Whereas I can 100% buy his stated thought process, even if on the surface it’s not very good. It helps that I also had the same thought process of just making sure magic gets to stick around because he’s a hell of a weapon when he’s on
