Tbh I don't care much for railgun, so I don't know much about Misaka's feats other than basic stuff.

I haven't gotten to NT yet so idk how strong AAA is. Also I'm basing Killua of from the end of the anime.


In terms of the fight

Killua has

-better physical strength feats, better dura

-pain resistance (especially to lightning)

-can absorb electricity to power up

-better fighter

-knows instakill techs

-Nen can't be seen

-can dodge railgun.

-can probably keep up with her lightning

-faster in a race

Disadvantages for him.

-EM radar negates zetsu, surprise assassination, and mirage step.

-cant react as fast as her.

-can use lightning to amp his physicals but cant shoot it out( as far as I know)

-has yo-yos for mid range combat but those can be magnetized.

Misaka has

-better reaction feats (dodges Mugino's beams which is ls, keeps up with Saints who are rel-ftl)

-Magnetism to block Killua's yo-yo's

-Iron sand for mid-range combat which is capable of blocking strikes from saints (city level)

-EM radar (good enough to sense explosives inside of teddy bears)

-Lightning should be cb-city level

-can make a a building size golem out of iron sand.

-railgun for long range.

Disadvantages for Misaka

-only a street fighter

-basically a normal human physically despite her reaction feats, superhuman with rampage dress but, no feats for that so, if Killua gets his hands on her he's breaking her like a kit Kat.

-Not as fast as him in a race

-railgun is capped at mach 3 which means Killua can dodge.


Decided not to do stamina cause while Killua has better stamina from his life, training in greed island and chimera ant arc.

Misaka fought mugino while extremely tired after three days of running around with barely any food or water (iirc) and db fights are short so stamina running out for both of them isn't gonna be a thing.

Also things could change if DB decides to go and use the early installment weirdness in the first three ot novels that compare her lightnings speed to light. Which means Killua would lose the ability to dodge them.

I might've missed some stuff for both of them.

Electromagnetism

A nearby crosswalk continuously emitted a cuckoo's cry to warn the visually impaired.

An airship flew slowly through the blue sky and the large screen on its belly played some news about the Arrowhead Comet that only approached once every 1700 years.

As he swung down an entire building with his giant mud arm, the High Priest finally came to a stop.

He had caused a frightening amount of destruction, but he hardly considered that worth focusing on at this point.

His eyes were on the building itself.

He had swung it down with such great force, but it had not crumbled to pieces or split in two. The building's structure remained entirely intact.

Of course, that was not due to the strength of the reinforced concrete.

This seemingly mysterious phenomenon had a legitimate explanation.

"Quite the interesting trick. Is that magnetism?"

"Shut…up."

He thought he heard a voice from beyond the building.

"If you hadn't done this, I wouldn't have had to go to all this trouble. If I hadn't done anything, who knows what would have happened to everyone inside the building."

"Hah hah!! I see, I see. So you are here to save the people! That would mean you did more than catch it with magnetism. You must have added in a variety of tricks to make sure the people inside weren't smashed to-…"

"The people inside this building will die without pain or fear, not knowing what happened to them. Isn't that one form of salvation?"

As he spoke, the High Priest grabbed more and more buildings and threw them.

Not even Mikoto could hold back all of this. She focused her powers on saving lives by pulling water pipes and rebar from the buildings as cushions that were meant to be broken through, but it was unclear how long she could keep it up. She tried to stop and support the buildings while fighting to prevent the "contents" from being crushed, but more and more buildings were piled on top.

She could not say just how many people would be crushed inside if she made a single mistake.

The dozen or so seconds this gave Mikoto allowed her to somehow use her magnetism to set down the pile of buildings.

First one being Hiei beating Sasuke in a surprising upset. Even I didn’t expect Sasuke to lose that one.
