I’ve no idea what “fishing for votes” is. I’m sceptical of him yes, but unless you think he’s a town read to the point of absoluteness then I don’t see why me being suspicious of him is something to NOT BE A FAN OF.

In a sense it’s based mostly on gut that’s hard to explain, I don’t want to say he’s underwhelming but he’s not as biting as I usually feel he is. He’s usually someone you’d look to, to cut through the bullshit and attack people and I don’t really think he’s done that so far this game. Also I didn’t think Rugrat was the best direction this phase, and I don’t think CP even had much on him to make him the best direction. It basically summed up to Rugrat hasn’t done much, but I can’t recall many (or any) instances where Rugrat has openly coasted as scum (tho I am sure there are one or two) but there are countless times he has done that as town. Obv now Rugrat has claimed a vig variant and there hasn’t been any extra kills over 2 nights so it’s like 90% he just is the vig so that’s consolidated the read on cp for me.
He also just abandoned his scum reads from before this phase and he doesn’t actually have reasons for doing so. Like he was pretty confident in reloaded being scum yesterday and he hasn’t given any reason for no longer thinking reloaded is scum but he just wants to change his reads because “we’ve mislynched twice”. Feels unnatural to me

If I’m honest, if I was scum I couldn’t care less where the town killing role was. Wouldn’t shoot or block them lol.

It does amuse me here; if I’m suspicious for daring to suggest we look at CP then you should also be suspicious for looking at the town vig.
I suspect CP because he’s normally an easy read to me as town and says a lot of things I agree with, I feel he’s been fairly tepid and there’s a few players with stronger cases in their favour.
I’m not pushing Magic. I suggested that it seemed like a bus between him and Lethal, but Lethal flipped town so I’ve dropped that viewpoint. Magic seemed far too bullish that Lethal was town though, “he was very active last game as scum so he’s 99% town now as he’s coasting” poor case in my view and reeked of TMI. Particularly when his attempts of halting the Lethal wagon were so feeble.
