Regular Humans do not have Magical Energy like that unless you mean Walking and Breathing(Which is an extremely advanced technique that not even Kuzuki could do at it's zenith) or the Od that comes from their Souls which only works if they have Magical Circuits... which most regular humans don't have...

If you want to actually point out the potential problems with the translation, you might as well gone with Altria, the Tam Lin or the Pruning Theoretical Phenomenon or the Chronicle Theoretical Phenomenon, you know? Things I have seen plenty of Fate translators actually have issues with even though I believe plenty of those is Nasu/Type-MOON edicts. Do not use what is literally an official translation that ultimately hits the same vibe as the Japanese version...
Might as well say the official translation is ass because Meltlilith is the "official fantranslation" people still use to this day rather than Meltryllis.
