BTW, what are the other vice admirals doing? One was defeated by the Giants last chapter.
Also, in SBS it is revealed that the reason Mihawk joined the Shichibukai was because he wants a peaceful life. Mihawk holds a grudge against Marines and was betrayed in the past. Oda mentions that Crocodile is similar to Mihawk in that sense.
