No. Dorry and Brogy were always strong. Luffy could fight Dorry because of the bomb Mr. 3 put on the drink. And Luffy only defeated Hajrudin because he caught him off-guard on Dressrosa. The same with Oimo and Kashi. Giants, like Crocodile, were victims of Oda lengthening the series.

Giants are like Tontattas, they are strong but very innocent.

Dorry and Borry's feat is actually pretty impressive not just by pre time skip standards, they can casually dish out island busting attacks with rusty weapons and then go on and fight each other straight afterwards.


Not trying to say anything but Jack or cracker can only defeat Pica due to powerscaling unlike these two
