We rag on Toyo a lot but now is his chance to show what he’s capable of. Of course, now he has to come up with entirely new storylines and plot points for DBS. A lot of the things we see in the DBS manga (Beerus not being surpassed, the characters not exploring the other universes post-ToP, etc) are purely Toriyama’s ideas

With what I've seen of Toyo, I have zero hope he can manage, but maybe he'll surprise me.(doubt it highly, but weirder things have happened.)
Yeah I know and it's not bad or anything, I just think the english version music works better.
It's not like the Omegamon scene in the Digimon movie where the scene works with either version (music wise at least), they're both as good as each other for different reasons.

Speaking of Digimon, this is what we got back when Adventure first aired
Although the Digi destined were "re-named" using the english versions of their original names (Taichi became Tai, Yamato became Matt, and a large etc), there wasn't a single Digimon opening we missed, including Biggest Dreamer and Fire!
Needless to say, I was hooked from the get go
Lucky bastards getting not just the OG song, but an actually good translated cover of it?
At least our boys eventually pulled their finger out of their assess and gave us this gem.

Yeah not gonna lie, Fire's a good song but this is probably the only instance in Digimon where I think the English opening is actually better than the original.
Though granted we also miss out on The Last Element which is the best evolution theme ever IMO.
We did get this which was quite nice and added a lot to the scene, though it doesn't make up for what else we ended up missing.
