Facts. Instead of Bio-Broly, wished for the next Broly movie that Broly achieved the Super Saiyan 3 form we’d get years later in Raging Blast and throw down with End of Buu Saga tier characters. Raging Blast even treated SS3 Broly as a sequel to Second Coming, his backstory being he somehow survived getting blasted into the Sun at the end of the movie and got a massive enough Zenkai from it to attain a SS3 version of Legenday Super Saiyan.

Like how even Gotenks was portrayed stronger than Ultimate Gohan too. Gohan never got to land a hit while Gotenks was the one that forced Hirudegarn to transform. Did my boy dirty in that movie.

Oh no, I was talking power levels mainly when I wrote that. Movie 13 was pretty good. Bio Broly is the absolute worst movie of the bunch. And Second Coming not too far behind. Goten and Kid Trunks just don’t make for good protagonists next to Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo, or Future Trunks Will admit I did like Kid Trunks bonding with Tapion in 13 but that’s about it

I think the biggest offense in these movies for me was Movie 13 where SS3 Goku can easily stop attacks from Hirudegarn and destroy him all on his own while Ultimate Gohan was getting wrecked by its weaker form. Even though Ultimate Gohan was the strongest Non-Fused character by the end of DBZ until Battle of the Gods became a thing

Actually just remembered. After Piccolo joins in, Broly actually congratulates them for their tenacity, so Goku, Trunks, Piccolo, and Gohan all earned his respect. Where as with Vegeta, he’s asking the dude if the fights already done after one-shotting his ass :hestonpls

Nah, the thrashing Broly gave Gohan IMO was way more brutal. Yes his energy is what finally gave Goku the edge, not denying that. It’s him being such a bitch about it that I’m calling out

NGL, one thing I hated about that movie is how much of a bitch Vegeta was all the way through > Spent most of the fight groveling to the point where Piccolo called his ass out > Finally finds his balls to fight Broly only to go down the easiest and quickest compared to everyone else. > Refuses to cooperate like everyone else is and give Goku his energy up to the very end because of his stupid pride despite how easily he discarded that same pride by acting like the aforementioned bitch earlier. One of the writers for that movie really hated Vegeta LOL Thank God DBS Broly had none of that with Vegeta even being the first to fight and nearly beat DBS! Broly

OG Dragon Ball + DBZ is of course the best. GT hasn’t age well IMO other than SS4 and Super is fine as long as we’re talking the anime. Anime Goku Black and Tournament of Power arcs have been some of my favorite arcs of the whole franchise. DBS Broly is the best movie to date and Super Hero is also really high up there.
