I mean, technically speaking the souls of humans in UxU precede and are superior to all of the Master Rules. Andy can fuck all of them over at the same time by himself and Feng damn near oneshots a Master Rule via a rudimentary understanding of souls. It also doesn't translate super well because everyone except Andy is still bound by Death atm so they'll get locked outside the universe till the next loop if their bodies die, so in-universe they're still squishies.

Unjustice canonically allowed Juiz to kill all of the Master Rules more or less by herself, and they all scale above Galaxy. Also sending the guy whose ability is "make what you imagine real" against someone who forces you to do the opposite of what you want seems like a bad idea

We also have Stark being so fast the sound of his attack doesn't propagate until after he's finished, a couple of lame mages easily catch the Stille while their much faster attack magic can be blocked by someone not even looking at them, a character uses a specific movement spell that's faster than Ferns soul track (Frieren cant see it from the front) who Frieren later physically catches through prediction, and a curse that is invisible and covers several dozen kilometers in an instant being "reacted" to by multiple high-end mages. Frieren later fights someone who can also use her giga-force push and the two of them trade blows with that at point blank. Prime!Himmel specifically is so fast modern Frieren can't see him move despite being far more powerful than her original journey self.

The problem with the birds isn't their speed, it's that they're that fast while also being resistant to magic and super fucking strong. None of the mages have any trouble hitting the bird, in fact the two kinda shitty mages on Frierens team easily coordinate magic that catches one without issue.....only for it to smash through it. They can't fly that fast without specific, specialized magic, but as far as firing spells and defending against them its not anything remotely like a limit

Well, blocking the laser from Artemis also involved the other part of God Hand where it burned all of his lives in the first shot and killed him in the second. That said, the twelve lives thing is arguably less impressive in most cases than the arbitrary "must be this Rank to deal damage" thing (which is admittedly completely unquantifiable out of universe)

Acheron doesn't even actually do that, she just moves really fast when she's done sandbagging. You can still see shit moving slowly while she's doing her dramatic rain walk Idgaf about how fast people think the Amazing Albino Asshole is, but Acherons powers are weird enough without people tossing random shit into her ability grab bag
