It doesn't even seem to be any real meta hax, it just seems like Rimuru went back the world in a certain time frame and justified being created by his creator... that's it.
This isn't like what happened with Kamen Rider Saber in the slightest which means it's not even meta hax, they are just trying to force it there.
Like it's literally no more meta than an episode where you have to save your parents from being murdered so you will be born and accidentally give up your name.
Hence why i said "reaching", it's an attempt to apply meta-hax (form of reality warping) to a character in a desperate attempt to make him seem stronger.
Meta hax itself isn't anything that should be used in vs debates, otherwise deadpool would be stronger than owen, unless it specifically is affecting the cosmology of a verse or are used in a way that can be quantified and or not just considered a goofy gag like in a case of The Mask and Lobo beating up they're crossover writer while all the DC heroes we're on vacation.
Take Animal Man for example, his meta-abilities translate into him being able to step outside of reality and erase people from existence.
Like the CV Gilgamesh wank gets seriously retarded as they do very much overdo it on the Dimensional crap(Again, destroying dimensions and dimensional walls are something... but they DON'T make you Multiversal).
This also ignores the fact that the Moon Cell doesn't bring Universes into being nor does it create Universes, it scans the parallel timelines and hypothetical timelines per nanosecond and if you make a wish on it, it simply bases the wish on one of those.
The Moon Cell isn't even that powerful considering Saber Venus required everything in the Moon Cell's power to keep her bound and that was due to connecting a bridge to the Gods.
It just fucking bugs me considering that Gilgamesh is plenty strong on his own where he can fit between Star and Solar System(and potentially further than that due to Servantverse Shenanigans with his counterpart) in terms of power just fine and MFTL as a Servant is where they are in power no matter what(As all Extella is that Servants are ALWAYS at full power with no bullshit strings attached and Gilgamesh can easily whip Artoria's ass just like she can kick his ass, same with Karna and so on).
Yeah, I completely understand that, it's just ridiculous on how it's so obvious yet the first they go to is meta-hax...
I legit have to wonder how they believe Multiversal Gilgamesh is true... but NOT Artoria, Karna or any other Servant get that same designation despite they can kick his ass in Extella and his CCC version is no different than his Extella version...

It gets ridiculous when they go overboard like this for certain universes and then play backhanded when it comes to others.
I think that's more-so SB, Comicvine has it's own rogue's gallery of posters, they go overboard for everything, downplay and wank.

A character is reasonably strong but then fans would use a certain scene or context and suddenly blow them straight to Omniversal or some bullshit.

All-Might isn't stomping anyone there. Even Geronimo as he's actually pretty strong, he's just underutilized. But I seriously need to laugh that he legit believes EMIYA Alter and EMIYA Assassin(Kiritsugu) would be taken out by All Might when the latter is able to keep multiple characters at bay by himself and his ridiculous Time Alter amp as a Servant and the former was able to take on Cu Alter and not die immediately...
at least Souls has the excuse of being so vague with feats it's easy for people to undersell it, even compared to other souls games
TES though goes out of its way to be busted as fuck and I have no clue how you could think it's as weak as they do
