the problem with HP magic is we don't know how it works, rowling is not concerned with the mechanics of magic, she's concerned with how her characters interact, which is all fine and dandy everywhere except a vs debate
for instance, you can't magic up food, there's no logical explanation for this, it's just a rule of magic
except wait if you already have food then you can clone it?
but also coins and so on can't be cloned or magic'd at all, the closest approximation being an illusion construct which fades within hours
physically there is no difference between coins, food and wormtail's hand so they should be treated the same but they aren't
things like this crop up A LOT within HP so essentially any argument which rests on "X is doable so Y should follow" is absolutely and completely bunk without quite a bit of good evidence that it's possible

Don't worry, IB ignored Wescott's Quasi immortality, which is quite similar to Horcrux. And then the main weapon of HP will disappear. Touma solo HP.They'll default to the "He can't die till you destroy all of his Hocruxes " nonsense despite him... dying... despite the Hocruxes and needing new bodies to even do anything at all(and being completely helpless to the point of needing Ratfoot or whoever to do anything for him).
Yeah they might do that at first until you start listing all the broken-ass spells that basic spellcasters have, meaning that even if you wanted to argue that there are still dozens of ways for a fodder spellcaster to wreck Voldemort's shit even while adhering to that rule. Which goes to show just how top tier wizards in HP aren't shit to D&D spellcasters.
