1. We literally have Noble Phantasms capable of destroying entire Worlds in the context of them being absurdly massive pocket dimensions, Nazarick is fucking nothing.
2. Noble Phantasms are not behold to the Laws of Physics so they wouldn't stop at just one.
3. Heracles is very, very much soloing Nazarick, hilariously easy.

Piss right off they are plenty consistent.The thing is, it's Studio Trigger, and they do not give a single shit about consistent portrayals of speed. They just make things look cool. So yeah, there are edge cases like explosions not moving that you can look at to get really high speed calcs.

His speed doesn't have any reason to have changed, and I'm honestly struggling to recall any 'bullets frozen in the air' type moments.
