Law Manip is one of Jin's powers. (He made the contract to keep the gods off earth after Ragnarok, Mubong used some sort of law Manip in the final battle to cover Renewal Earth) But at most it's universal. I doubt Orochimaru could do it. he could definitely cure the body, I think if he worked hard enough. But as long as Nurgle has a claim on the soul, it would always eventually revert to a plague marine. You'd need someone who can get the marine's soul back in some way *and* cure the body.
