A 4x boost to all stats for every FT member is a death sentence to the servants you know. And how good is Ereshkigal's buff that it makes a difference when every servant will be one-shot.

Secondly, Ereshkigal's boost was good enough for them to not instantly die to Tiamat, what chance does Fairy Tail have against Tiamat again? And most of all, Ereshkigal wouldn't need to boost the party because if she turned the land into the Underworld, she can literally negate their powers outright like she literally does in canon because she IS the Underworld itself. There would be no chance for "Too fast" because they literally would be like ants to her and everyone else.
LOL, Mavis's Immortality is far better than every version in Fate; even easing her from existence does nothing, and she can spam spells for eternity. Sealing her away also does nothing, as her Thought Projections can cast spells anyway.

Hell, Magecraft can explicitly fuck with Ghosts.
