I did notice they didn't even try to animate Kratos keeping up with Asura in movement (despite claiming their speed was equivalent) and just had him kinda stand there throwing shit at Asura ha

In all seriousness though, I do agree. That was garbage. Should've at least made Wanktos work for it more, instead of doing that. Just made Asura look like a jobber there.

Hyperbole and gross over-interpretation in GoW taken over actual feats

Even the fight didn’t make up for it. Got boring by the second half with Kratos predictably rolling through Asura’s forms
