i think i prefer this and possibly lynch retro with the day lynch because lethal's arrival, duel, and then departure look shady as fuck to me. as ultra mentioned, it looked like he was more informed than he should have been considering it looked like he was reading early game yet knew top suspects and knew to trust poyser, which looks like tmi.

Another angle here, and hopefully it's not the case, but definitely a possibility, if they are both town it would be a horrible outcome to let this play out over another day. Get them both resolved ASAP imo.
