His gameplay in general hasn't been too reassuring. A couple people at least have hinted that he's a pretty strong player overall, and he hasn't shown that yet. I think a lot of this, though, is tied to activity which in general is NAI.
I don't think his claim situation ended up working out well, but I understand the town motivation behind it. I think scum are generally a little more direct in their accusations through claims.

I'd say I'd lean town, but I don't have a ton of conviction here. He's not my first choice at all.
 
Also, I'm going to ask that we exert more caution with our votes after yesterday resulted in an early hammer, I don't know what the fuck happened but if we can retract those votes off Lethal for now that would be great

Unless the wording is specific about "direct", I can guess someone tried to kill him night 1, his passive saved him, and night 2 someone shot at him again, killing him. Who didn't like that but his role specifically says "communicate with another member of your order", so that should confirm Vinegar as town since the wording implies the chat only works with other Town (Expedition) players or am I getting this wrong?

FTR it doesn't look like T-Pein himself had that ability. He was gift giver.

Vinegar I still think is town, but obviously if it’s a SvT neighbors pair then this is it. I personally still think it’s a TvT pairing but have no basis for that other than gut feeling and how Vinegar responded.

I trust Ultra’s cop claim still even though he didn’t die. Therefore I trust Ekko
I still think Magic and Aurelian are town.

So Lethal, BPD, Melkor v2 are the group for today IMO

Magic was rushing the votes on LM yesterday if you remember.

I think his hesitation to say how he obtained information post my claim is never a gr8 thing, whatever he has is probably not as good as my role, so him witholding under the guise of not wanting to out more info has me a little hesitant. I want a claim out of him, but I need help pressuring him into doing so here

Conq = could be scum? Maybe role-cop?
Magic would have plenty of equity with him and rushing the votes on LM but I don't think if Magic is scum he'd be that fucking clumsy with a bread trail that easy to unwind back the next day.
 
My impression was Conq was clumsy town rather then scum but I agree @Ultra that he should claim at this stage of the game.

I agree we need to get a claim from him at some point.

But I guess I disagree (although you have more experience with the player and base) about the hesitation. I think he wanted to get a mechanical read on you while providing the least amount of information possible. I do see how he could have just been rolefishing though

Thing is that feels a little too on the nose. Role copping me and finding cop does not necessitate scum get a claim out of me. But he doesn't deserve the privilege of not clearing things up either, at this point in the game.

Someone on my wagon was double voter or had vote affecting power?

I am leaning more scum on BPD now. To lesser extent on Psychic. Not sure about Magic, I could follow his thought process mostly. But current game state makes me doubt him.

Not at some point, today. "Some point" is fine if we can see some utility out of his role, but we haven't had a single scum flip, can't take any chances
