It is not the "main" way. Its just one of MANY ways to judge how powerful an attack is.

mod conflict. he got floating arms now.

But jokes aside, it's basically 2 mod that suppose to change character data. the body and arms probably had a size conflict hence it's disjointed, It like the time I had a bodyless Cloud.
