I didn't watch it other than a plot synopsis which kinda feels a bit too "nippon great!" with how the plot is that the roman dude is cribbing off the Japanese.
Ive been reading this actually and Its honestly infinitely better than redo of healer in all aspects. It is Egdy as all hell but its a good kinda edgy.
There’s a difference between edgy and trashy. Latter is what I use exclusively to call Redo. Edgy itself is fine if executed well
You know what I wanna see in a isekai? Someone who actually wants to go back to Earth. Its just extremely unrealistic that everyone who gets isekaied are fine with leaving everyone they know. Its one of the reasons why I like Re: Zero, since the sanctuary arc goes over the sadness Subaru feels over not being able to see his parents ever again.

There have been quite a few where the MC wants to go back to earth. some end with the MC growing attached to the people hes come to know and deciding to stay while other end up getting to go back and bring someone along with them. Then theres the ones where the MC goes back and his life becomes absolute ass because lol time still passed so now you gotta explain where youve been and what you've put your family through

There is this edgy revenge isekai that is quite better MC isn't against going back to earth but he wants his revenge first, then at some point he is doing his revenge his enemies banish him back to earth without his memories just to discover that when he got transported people saw when he got summoned and created some weird cult trying to isekai themselves, MC best friend got people he cared murdered and they help each other get revenge
He does get some women on his revenge to get raped,its just not explicit
I would just like an isekai that goes for a sci fi theme for once, particularly with Mecha.
There's one from a chinese novel no mecha but basically a spaceship captain IIRC.

That's sorta it but that's more Mecha with a fantasy theme. I'm talking more full on sci fi.
