for me, from my experience, what helped me the most, even now, was doing kickbox for 4 years, when i was 19-23

sports, but especially martial arts/fighting themed ones, can boost ur testo and confidence a lot, especially if you still keeping up with them, even when u grow older, also retention, no drinking/smoking, helped me a lot, but once in a while, drinking a beer aint a bad thing, obv

I've been doing MMA for closing in on 3 months. Ran with my gym mates at the race. It helps.

As for the other stuff, this is what I said about it and it's true. If you aren't doing this, no amount of "game" is going to help you. The only thing that will is if you have high and unmistakable status.



If you do this you'll have a shot with most girls as long as you aren't below 5'7" or have horrible facial symmetry.

From there it's about being cool, not being weird, and of course, status.

I’m the same way but from seeing how that and drugs affected friends of mine I’ve known since high school.

Never smoked or taken anything and only drink on special occasions.
