Depends - if the healing isn't public they could just not kill Gram until later.

I was thinking around this though, I think if it's scum the only way it isn't fake is if it were some counter to my role (which would be silly). I first assumed it was a deal where they were given it as a safe claim but I'm not so sure it really lines up. I can work with this.
