I had the idea because about 3 posts prior Gram brings it up, yes. And then I committed a foul joke. I didn't make any assumptions about whether the executioner would be public or private, I just thought it was too fast for someone to pm a submission - turns out they can and did presubmit.

It doesn't really excuse my actions, it was boneheaded of me to play with fire. But that's that. You're not going to find any nuggets here, the play is damning in of itself, take it or leave it.
