I would like to not make any chances, and I am not sure how long I would live, so I'm satisfied with my shot here rather than dying before it's used.

ok but he isnt just survivor. he claimed lyncher too with it
his game was finished anyway. a survivor wincon is pretty harsh to give to a player like him. its very low chance he makes till end of the game

I don't mind using the duel on Ratchet but also award no town points for it, any duelist would jump at an opportunity to use their duel like that
