And if it is, it would imply that she's leading the scum team - a sentiment which is not congruent with your reads (as it would mean most if not all of the scum team are newer/less confident scum, to defer to Flower). Lappland's point is this - with the idea being that Scum Flower wouldn't both post restrict you and kill Craig to set you up, so you pushing that looks like you're pushing a poor angle. Which I think is a congruent pattern of thought.
Also, I think the idea that Flower would post restrict you, of all players, to shut you up is a bit weak. She knows that you're quite tenacious when you're in a tunnel, and I don't really think she'd be able to have the expectation that post restricting you would just shut you up. I do think the usage is very questionable though, so I wouldn't say it's entirely out of pocket. Just not something I think she would be thinking.
