Because he has defended Gad quite a bit until his claim and now Rugrat. Assuming Rugrat is clear he doesn’t profit from any of that as scum. Also him tunneling you is more of a Town trait in my book. He can get into very nasty tunnels as Town, one of which was against Ultra in a game I hosted (Radiant) which made me so sick I had to ask Retro/Watson to tell them to tone it down.

@bolded - is literally what I've done with Gad, Bachi and Reloaded throughout the game, but he called it "easy reads as scum" when he's also town reading Yoho and RDK (And Rugrat before the claim) which can also be termed as easy reads as scum.
If he's got a nasty tunneling habit as town then I guess it matches with what's happening right now with me.
I had him scum day 1, but have since made him a town read. Defended me on day 1 and I don't see why he would do that as scum then especially when I was countering his read of Bachi and scum reading him. Had every reason to jump on me, but didn't.
