I'd first like to point out the Makai tournament is basically taking place in Yomi's country, therefore, I feel I should have no issues using the size of mountains I scale in said country to get a size for these things.

How though?

This thing is large enough where Mukuro and Hiei don't even appear visible standing on it, despite standing outside on it. Not to mention on the side where they should be visible (it's clearly the right of the fortress, given they should be facing the front of the fortress).

So, speak up now, but I'm going to use 1 pixel for Hiei's Height here when measuring the cloud of dust's width (well... it is much larger than the fortress, and the only thing we can scale shit off of.

Hiei is 1.61 meters tall as found here

No, I'm going to use the fact the Reigan is obviously even with Chopping Block Plateau in height to tackle this. My scaling will assume Chopping Block Plateau's height is from the bottom of the plateau to the middle of the Reigan (given we have no clue how large or far away it is from the formation, this is a pretty safe estimate regardless)

As you can see, in the first image the highest any of Sensui's Seikoki Armor was thrown into the sky was up to the location I measured with the green line

In the second image, in the bottom panel, we can see that the last remnants of the armor have started to finally fall back the height they were sent into the air by the time the Reigan impacted the Plateau

Let's take a look here at what the Three Kings look like through the lens of in series multipliers

We know that Hokushin's similar more powerful than EoCB Yusuke as Raizen, Yomi, and Mukuro are more powerful than him.

What's that look like though?

As it's Yomi's country, naturally they'd be using it as the standard metric for comparison, thus why they're a 100. Prior to Raizen's death, Raizen is represented by 49% with the remainder of his nation being 7%. In the year that will pass, both Kings will grow 1% stronger while splitting about half of the remaining forces in Raizen's nation that'll choose to defect. Given Hokushin's loyalties, its thus likely to infer he at least represents a large sum of the remaining 3% that the country is projected to be at in terms of power in the next year.

Hokushin thus at a bear minimum is 16.333 times weaker than of Raizen and EoCB Yusuke is similarly 16.333 times weaker than Hokushin.

In that respect? End of Series Top Tiers in the manga can be argued 266.767 times stronger than EoCB Yusuke~
