As scum? There was a fairly recent game where I said I didn’t think he was scum because I thought he’d give more of an effort and you agreed with it.

I dont disagree, but as Lethal has said he's got a lot of previous with just claiming VT as scum so he wouldn't really believe that is gonna help him (which to be fair, it wouldn't help him at all lol). Im pretty sure he did claim tree stump when he was under pressure last time he was scum with the role as well. I don't think he's a very comfortable fake claimer in general unless it is given to him
That was more of an effort to play the game tho. He has quite a lot of previous with going a bit emo when hes being pushed as scum
I'd also argue he did put a fair amount of effort into defending himself initially anyway, and he tried to counterpush me which was likely his best option considering there are other people that want to lynch me. It's only now he's gone back into cba emo mode because "they are just painting my posts as unflatteringly as possible"

Ah, I didn't actually (fully) consider his comfort level with fake claiming. That's plausible, addresses my main hang up really.

just doing a quick ISO and one thing I've noticed is tweet is going out of his way to make town reads in Odo's game whereas a few times he does the opposite here and discourages some other town reads, like one on me that flower gave me, and then his bit of shade at me for having "a lot of town reads, yo"
