I think you get free reign to say silly/scummy things without much in the way of consequence because you do the same as both alignments.

Over the span of my playing time I've been absolutely destroyed by Poyser, Gram, CP, Magic, Alco, Haza and many others for this so to say I can do it without much in the way of consequence isn't exactly truthful and there's plenty of data to support that. First game on WS I was godfather spewing shite and Poyser caught me off 1 post, leading to my woeful skitzo claim

Anyway I'm unsure around Lethal's play so far but Gramm did make a fair point around him not touching back to shade at those Lethal thought were low-hanging fruits to anchor himself a lifeline, including Melkor who was the main and most realistic counter wagon to him. Just not used to seeing Lethal play this way if he is town but the entire situation is uncommon given it involved a LOT of angle-shooting with his sub in.

I don't really know what your position is from this. You're just providing a summary for what has happened without any sort of conclusions formed from it.
