I think he's probably just town. Unless my D1 reads were fucking amazing, I'm skeptical about him being scum.

Like, imagine Nibel and Magic are scum together. So their intro would be Magic soft bussing Nibel.. then, later on Sky worldbuilds Frinckles+Magic scumteam. Nibel, who townread me flipped to me easily.

That doesn't exactly explain why Magic didn't just go along with it though unless he explicitly thought his vote on me would halt my wagon or something.. idk. Seems iffy.
