More they inflated the distance traveled by not using the crater directly and instead used the distance between the 2 craters despite that distance clearly being vastly shortened by our straight on perspective
Also a question of how much of the original constellation of light remained before they ramped it up to make the second makes this harder to measure in general.
Overall though, if they traveled 400 km in that 0.0013 seconds? They're LS/FTL.
