Why

Mango was the Janitor for Scum Team Maroon. You can see in his role sheet where it says if his ability is used for the faction kill it obliterates the role.

So Team Maroon would have to have two Janitors if Craig Pelton has a Janitor ability. And that’s very redundant so it makes more sense that Craig would be the Janitor for the other scum team.
