I can't believe I'm arguing with someone right now that actually believes that 100 fodder Shinigami being able to charge a cannon that would destroy the Valley of Screams = planetary everyone and their mother in Bleach.
He also brought up the Sokyoku as another "planetary" feat because of it being able to "destroy all of Soul Society".
Gremmy needing to double his "power of imagination" to create the meteor that was going to destroying Seireitei (not even the dimension) is apparently not an anti-feat because "it's imagination not actual strength".
Lifting the Wandenreich is also apparently planetary too according to him.

The only one who comes to my mind is Higashikawa Mamoru, he is physically an ordinary man, but because of his abilities he could defeat Garou. His ability is to manipulate probability, causality and time, in short super luck. There's alot of "Weak" characters that can defeat Garou precisely due to hax, it's just funny that SB is basically not even trying outside of the wankest of wanks.

Honestly for as much as I rag on the Bleach Wank, Ichigo and Yhwach would defeat Garou absolutely.
Garou has no answer to the X-Axis or The Miracle either(and even the Compulsory would spell his doom if it gets him clean).

bayverse tfs are like minimum city block level too, at least the stronger ones like Megatron would be
