The more I read it, the worst it gets. Again, the most basic shopkeeper and otherwise have access to spells like Fireballs, Lightning and otherwise. Dragons, again, have the ability to warp Reality by shouting what they want to happen and characters have killed these beings before.
There is no goddamned way The Rumbling is going to kill off the entirety of Tamriel outside of this downplay.
