hmm nice match. Team rezero and DxD have insane hax(though those specific team dxd chars are mostly featless other loki and crom cruach). AP wise the strongest here is Team black clover or possibly dxd. leaning towards team black clover or dxd(ajuka can control all phenomena with kankakura formula)or team rezero. Team toaru is not enough for this top tiers for the other teams

Well, let me correct myself.
Askin is durable in that he can take punishment and survive, attacks don't just bounce off him without Deathdealing getting involved. Obviously, he's still much tougher than most, but him getting railed by Yushiro at base and avoiding functionally every confrontation if he can help it doesn't give the idea of him being insanely durable without Deathdealing (in the sense that he'd take Lanza to the face and take no damage, or getting slugged hard enough to level miles of land and walk it off).

I swear, this is all Nursery Rhyme thinks this is how feats work(Which is why he wanks MHA even when MHA falls under the same issue). He thinks that no one scales to each other unless they can demonstrate a similar feat no matter how stupid or dumb it is to downplay them below that to any degree. It's literally ignoring scaling because it doesn't feel right to you.

Just as an attempted example, Kenpachi would maul Askin/Kisuke in an actual physical fight, even in Shikai, but he'd lose to both cause he's just a brick and both of them have very potent abilities and know how to leverage it.

Being fair, Shigaraki is inherently resistant/immune to Decay AND he can specifically control its spread, so even if flipping his fingertips specifically is what does it (I think at this point it's just full contact with his fingers at all), Shigaraki could likely prevent Decay from really doing anything if it procs on him.
Similarly, due to his fucked-up body and regeneration, Shigaraki could either just outright shapeshift to make a new hand that isn't reconstructed, much to Kisuke's surprise, or he just rips his arm off and heals it new or some other body-horror abomination.
I do think Kannonbiraki is his main win con, though, I just don't think Kisuke specifically could use it to stop Decay from being brought to bear beyond in very short moments if trapped in a bind. Shigaraki being able to functionally do whatever the fuck to his own body structure (vomit out skyscrapers worth of fingers in seconds, shapeshift his body to vomit out poison by just growing mouths/tongues and forcibly vomiting the poison, molting out of his own body, etc) and have insane regeneration lets him deal with Kannonbiraki's nonsense better than most. Not to say he can beat Kannonbiraki, but just that he can cope with it better than most due to his powerset.

Yamamoto was breaking his skin with sheer grip strength ALONE, there's a reason Aizen wanted NO part of the old man in a straight fight. I'd argue even without Shikai, Base Aizen would still be mid-diff at best.

They're certainly much more relative to him that Aizen is, given how they were fucking up Chrysalis Aizen.
They are only "peers" to Aizen in the sense that KS gives him a means to fight him, feat wise they actually shit on him.

They are closer to being actual peers to Askin who completely shits on Soul Reaper Aizen.
