Bruh no, Artoria is not summoned with Avalon at her "peak" she specifically lost that in legend. Artoria has been summoned multiple times and never once she is with Avalon, even discounting F/SN and F/Z, she isn't summoned with Avalon in FGO,F/Extella, F/L. This is pure headcanon, just because Avalon is specifically build for her and she own it in her life. Too many people have this.

...How does Charlemagne get "wacked" by Siegfried?! Traum, if anything, blew the hell out of Charlemagne and by proxy Charles The Great's asses in stating if they was legit at full power there, EVERYONE WOULD BE FUCKED.
They are legit an Artoria level opponent and would only lose due to the circumstances of their summoning and Artoria just being ridiculous at full power. Not even Siegfried would be able to handle her and considering the circumstances of Extella Link, not even Karna could.
If Charlemagne is at the level he should be, Siegfried would get murdered, end of story.
EDIT: Let me clarify myself better so someone doesn't lose the plot and thinking I'm just throwing shit out there:
Traum has stated on multiple points that if Charlemagne/Charles The Great was genuinely there, he would roll over both the Revenge and Reinstatement Realms no problem, this is despite that the Righteous Realm has only 5000 Servants max with only a few quality Heroic Spirits in it in comparison to the Revenge Realm's 10,000 and the Reinstatement Realm's 8,500 with also plenty of genuine Heroic Spirits in the mix.
Yet even so, Karl De Grobe only giving Charlemagne a bit of his power had him defeat Konstantinos aided by a Holy Grail buffing his Spirit Origin despite only being able to use his full power in bursts and bleeding Magical Energy with no real way to stop it. So it's ridiculous that Siegfried would cream Charlemagne when the opposite has the better chance of happening.

She does but it's honestly overrated. Berserker Lancelot did nearly kill her with Arodnight... but she was catatonic, broken over how bad Lancelot came out and barely defended herself and it took ALOT for Lancelot to get her there too.
So it's not wrong as Mordred stated she would have died if she took Sieg's Balmung head on in Apocrypha(Though in the LN, she DID take it headon due to how Balmung's blast is done there but it was because it was half-assed she lived), the problem is if Siegfried can really get that far in the first place as Artoria has the better Dragon Core between them(Albion vs. Fafnir) and the better sword and her swordsmanship is just as ridiculous.

No, she is losing vs Siegfried. She may still win, but he is definitely able to handle her. I don't disagree with Charlie+Karl, but for Artoria its canonical she is losing vs Siegfried as from her Material. Mordred have nothing to do with this.
She would have trouble with Siegfried, that doesn't mean it's an instant loss, I don't know how you reach that conclusion to believe so if Berserker Lancelot couldn't do so despite her being catatonic and out of it.
Despite what it seems like Lancelot IS on Siegfried's level, especially as a Berserker and has an Anti-Dragon weapon.
