Gram informed us they had an invention - one which could have been watcher. Watcher is important for town, if that is the invention.
So Gram is an obvious jailer target. Didn't trust Retro or Orca. So stopped Gram from prevented from using if he chose too - and prevent Orca from perhaps killing. But with three kills and two dead mafia, Orca is pretty much clear.

I understand where she's coming from

She's been suspicious of me for a while, isn't sure I have kills (or easily simply redirected me on the basis of my lackluster play), so she felt it was a safe, low risk bet to redirect me in case of any potential shenanigans.
