So we shouldn't hold Sakura, a supposed main character in the same team as Naruto and Sasuke, the Protagonist and Deuteragonist, on the same standard? Because I don't remember anyone holding Sakura to a higher standard a single time, hell, I've seen people constantly compare her to Hinata, a SIDE CHARACTER, more often than not.

Huh? Most people do emphatically shat on Naruto every time he said something obscenely stupid or when the narrative tries to dicksuck the Uchiha despite stating in the same breath that they are backwards as fuck killers who will become psychotic if their dog died amongst everything else.
The only arc that Kishimoto seriously screwed up Sakura was in FKS with that fake confession and being unable to do anything against Sasuke aside crying. But he screwed up also Sasuke and Naruto in that same arc because his good editor left him. That's not a problem for me when Kishimoto made Naruto humiliating himself, being beaten to death and having a heart attack in that same arc.
Just list literally the only time Sakura has been truly relevant in the story and she still fucks up royally during that...

Saving Sasuke is a core theme of the manga after Part 1 aside the Akatsuki. If Sakura is bad for wanting to save a teammate that she loved since very early Part 1, then Naruto is infinitely worse. Naruto wanted to save a mass murderer who killed his parentes, Neji, 40,000 fodders, formed a terrorist organization to hunt his ass and started a war. Despite this, he still cried and called him the coolest guy.
Bringing up Naruto's extremely cringey shit does not stop the fact that Sakura literally has no reason but "Sasuke makes me wet" as a reason she wants to save him.
Sakura does not have Kyuubi inside her or a Sharingan, and she did not receive any ridiculous power-ups like Kakashi's DMS or Rikudou Power. She only had one master, Tsunade. She achieved everything she could from Tsunade. Sakura is already one of the most powerfuls Womans in the manga. Only Kaguya surpasses her for obvious reasons.
War Sakura and Adult Sakura can easily fight and defeat Mei, Konan, Tsunade, and other Kage-level kunoichi, in addition to being the strongest of her generation.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Just misses the whole ass point considering we never see Sakura be that strong at all and more importantly, Kishimoto himself was trying to push that Sakura was equal to Naruto and Sasuke and then instantly contradicts that by having Naruto and Sasuke continually save her ass on multiple occasions.
So, I guess Naruto only wants to rescue Sasuke and becomes obsessed with him because he was cool too?
No, Naruto has some actual reason to save Sasuke even if it loses steam due to Sasuke's own atrocities vs. Sakura wanting to save him because she gets wet.

Sakura is a terrible fucking character because she has NOTHING and in comparison to even other side characters, she literally is DEFINED by her love for Sasuke(Not even HINATA is that defined by her love of Naruto considering in the very movie that was created to have them become lovers, Hinata prioritized her SISTER over Naruto despite him confessing to her pointblank) and nothing else. Naruto being a fucking ham sandwich of shit does not stop Sakura from literally being shit all around. We got better female characters than her in Naruto, let alone other anime series for fuck's sake. Don't make me bring out Noelle Silva from Black Clover to teach people how this works.
