I don't know, I am not buying that narrative you're selling.
But by all means, if later down the line you have more evidence to support the narrative where Ratchet is doing what he's doing to be scum driven I might give it a re-evaluation, but as things stand with this discussion in a vaccuum, I am unfortunately finding myself on the side of Ratchet here.
And that is not because he's "defending" me, but rather he is pointing out things that I agree with.
I am of course biased here, but I find it hard to see why Ratchet would bother pointing out these minute details as scum when he could instead build upon your angle to create a mislynch down the line.
The argument against this would obviously be that since Ratchet is an "expert" in reading me, once he reads me wrong I would know something was up.
But at that point I would have to fight an uphill battle versus Ratchet who alleges that he can read me quite well, to prove my innocense. I think Ratchet would have a great advantage in this scenario.
