I don't think Magic and Lethal are aligned from how it plays out if Lethal flips scum. Like Magic is out here setting up a Gad wagon while trying to derail mine and then his teammate supposedly comes and botches it by placing a vote on Magic?

Seems too uncoordinated and terrible play.

Yes, and that's a theory I don't agree with. Like you'd have to assume complete incompetence on both their parts for this to play out like this to support the teammate theory.

It's a world that's very rare to give much credence to and Magic doesn't strike me as that type of player from what I've seen.

Well yeah, but we'd effectively be pushing Magic on a hypothetical botch on Lethal's part. And from my PoV, I don't know Lethal well enough to ascribe that trait to him.

What’s the alternative though? Let him get lynched and deal with the fact people are linking them? He’s already tied to lethal so voting him at this point isn’t gonna change that. Trying to dissuade the lynch from happening is the best bet. The “0% chance he’s scum” shtick feels massively out of place to me as I don’t think he can possibly be that sure based on what lethal has done in this game
