RDK

Marvelous
I resolved things with RDK quite easily by compartmentalizing his criticism from myself and me as a player - I'm going to give faith that he did not have any vicious intent

Meaning it won't be taken personally unless it's on a bad day and he has exceedingly poor timing (which he did)

I think some people need to learn how to compartmentalize from plays and players themselves, which is why the snide commentary is going to have the expectation that it's the play being attacked, not anything directly personal

Humor this

If it fails for some of you, we'll have a talk on what we can do next unless it is impossible to resolve
I was angry that I repped into a flip which I thought was absolutely brain dead

I have to admit, you did a great job pocketing me. I already had a favorable impression of you as the only other person who knew the flavor like I did.

But when I claimed Doyle, and you pretty much backed me up on it saying it wouldn’t make sense for me to claim that as scum rather than using the opportunity to pounce on me it made me want to put you more in the town column ever since.

I think in a world where Fang was actually on your team, and it came down to the final four you still probably could’ve won. Since most of us were gonna lynch Frinckles over you. That’s the impression I get.

I know you probably don’t want to hear it from me. But I would like to give you some advice.

When people ask for evidence to back up your claims, don’t condescendingly tell them “go look for it yourself, it’s already in the thread!”.

People aren’t going to be receptive to your opinions if you can’t put in the effort to give exact quotes.

It might get tiresome, but it’s a necessary thing to do.

When you are genuinely putting in the effort, people will notice that and be more willing to forgive when you make mistakes in your reads.
i will say when everyone has already decided youre scum and youre being mislynched it can be hard to want to put in greater effort when you feel it wont make a lick of difference.

I respected you when you admitted you'd reconsider your mistake next time
Of course, what's the point of not doing so? I gained experience.

I remain flexible; not rigid.

I just wish you hadn't gone about it in that way as it doesn't really tell me anything and deciphering any kind of implication becomes messy. Trying to pick apart why you reacted in that manner *beyond* just being genuinely annoyed on your part.

Flower finally elaborated on why it was hasty and a misplay - that's really all that players who do silly things need to know, because it gives me the 'why' and helps me factor the importance of how to properly use the role.

In the future - which isn't an expectation as you can handle how you approach things in a way you want - when you see misplays from confirmed town, spread your knowledge and experience for their next game when rolling it again.
It's invaluable to have experienced players like you, Craig and Gram to put a town player aside that makes an amatuer mistake and tell 'em, "yeah next time don't do this, the reason it's ludicrous play is because of X and Y for future reference"
The ball is then in the player's court to ask for elaboration over the why, how, and what.

If this becomes more of a common practice among Ranked games Town wins would absolutely skyrocket imho
If I'm wrong on this, I will vote against women's rights on behalf of Ultra

With that Doyle claim, we were basically on the same team :bjpenn There weren't that many lanes I could attempt to fit through because of how small the setup was, so I chosed to pocked in your direction since you already knew the flavor.

And yes, I think that I would`ve had a pretty good chance even in the final four, with Fang in team I would have bussed him more, I already did this with all my teammates; it was a risky strategy, but it turned out fine.

Speaking of I think the distancing turned out as well as it did as no one really opposed it or felt malice from it, which I genuinely appreciated it. The lack or hesitation to shoot back and make the interaction look genuine helped with the credibility factor. i find too often there's someone that doesn't assess or see the situation at hand and realize that it's unlikely everyone makes it out alive and i felt the team was comfortable if any one of us fell.
