Maxwell at his height is comparable to an Anti-Monitor who not only consumed the known Multiverse, but also pulled off a Crisis on Infinite Earths (dunno if the Scribblenauts Multiverse is as big as the proper DC multiverse, but that's still multiversal to multiversal+).

So a lot more hax than I was expecting. Maxwell withstood a direct attack from the Anti-Monitor after the Anti-Monitor had absorbed the known Multiverse, so he would be multiversal yes (however, to remake reality on a multiversal scale he needs a "universes worth of starites"). Even without all those starites, he was still able to affect the Sun and turn it from a yellow sun into a red sun.

I'll try to cover as much as I can. The Anti-Spiral dimension exists within dimensions (between the 10th and 11th dimensions), while the Super Spiral Space is described by Final Drill as existing beyond dimensions (I'll try find the quote again). As for where the fist fight between Simon and the Anti-Spiral took place, it technically takes place in both, as the galaxy sized mecha (TTGL & the Granzeboma) are Super Spiral Spaces. Also as a note, even though the Anti-Spiral dimension is still bound to physics, the Anti-Spiral can control how physics work in their pocket universe. Flying, energy blasts and force fields are the easiest ones, as even pre-timeskip Gurren Lagann has those. Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren can travel via warps too (perceptual teleportation), and can even attack enemies in warps outside linear time (Mega-Maelstrom Vortex Cannon). Gurren Lagann can regenerate, although after the battle the damage seems to be restored so it has to be manually fixed. To tie this into...

It's a common misconception. The Anti-Spiral realm is a pocket universe created by the Anti-Spiral which exists on the highest levels of the Multiverse(s), which they can control to their whim (including probability and the flow of time). However, an argument can be made for the Anti-Spiral dimension being a multiverse of its own, as we see alternate Simons when Team Dai-Gurren is thrown within the Labyrinth (from within the Anti-Spiral dimension). The Super Spiral Space on the other hand (which yes, is different to the Anti-Spiral dimension), is a realm created by warping the entire Multiverse and combining all versions of a person/mecha along with all of the thoughts and experiences and emotions they had. The Super Spiral Space transcends all known laws of physics as held by perceptual beings. There's more on the Super Spiral Space that I'm trying to decipher because it's one of the most insane aspects of Gurren Lagann, and I'm still uncovering how it works to this day.
