All the conversation was straightforward and information was shared (that was true). Flavour/setup Spec great rune bearers in the game are hostile, you beat them up and steal their lunch money, that's not the case here in this great contest as proven by the flip of Ranni and Rennala. this brings in some doubt on the results of the Great Rune Cop as it reports only the presence of a great rune in the posession of whomeever was checked. The flavouring is on point, Sir Gideon Ofnir is literally the guy that tells you who to go beat up for runes. Mechanically neighbourizer gives town some chance to level the field on the strategising front that again introduces an element of risk in the chosen targets.
I am not omniscient but this Great Jar is sure of his view on this one
