Yeah I can see how that comes across as a pocket or something, but she has an established precedent for the "town leader" archetype, will literally give players like Magic/Ratchet free town reads and ride his coat tails all game, so this tracks. She can't go two seconds without looking for a player to sheep

Dont disagree with that, but thats why the hedge was so jarring. Like she didn't say shes likes his approach and then try to sheep or get his reads, she actually gave herself a reason not to trust him lol. and the raisin point just didnt jive with me at all as raisin has never played mafia before, much less with magic. its like she thought it sounds like it makes sense so she posted it, but if you think about it at all for more than 2 seconds then you realise how dumb it is

Tweet is my top sus, and I do think your interaction reminds me a bit of ours, because you didn't show any teeth towards him whatsoever despite clearly having a problem with his play. Not something I'm used to you doing as town.
The last point you make is particularly bad. What are you accusing me of? You seem worried that I won't give you any credibility if Tweet flips scum, yet you paint that as scummy rather than a misread on my part. But that doesn't jive unless you're already accusing me of bussing tweet and trying to set you up afterwards?

I'm not sure what you mean not showing him teeth. The dude did the equivalent of pulling down his pants when I put up my fists, which is to say I was a bit jarred by the fact that he wasn't taking up any form of discussion whatsoever, and told him as much.

No no, you specifically said the interaction was toothless, and reminded you of our scum/scum theatre last game (still havent elaborsted on this), and now you're backtracking and saying "well uh this isn't the main reason I'm scum reading you anyhow!"

Btw on topic of the Miller, my take is that I kinda think Gram hates Millers and wouldn't put them into the game, but also that's host/setup spec which is junk science. The far better argument imo is that CP oughta know that claiming Miller as scum isn't the greatest idea so I'm leaning that he likely wouldn't do it as scum.

If you're gonna assert this, then you also need to present the fact that in no possible timeline would Gram EVER give scum a fake miller claim.
