Actually I was the obvious choice for a Mafia watcher n1. The strategy for Mafia and town using the role is pretty much the same

For a mafia watcher sure to catch protection

Tbh you should be able to know this better than me because you know your role
If evans is scum then he is likely a Roletracker so he wouldn’t just see you target cp but would also see what you targeted him with
If you are protection then him claiming probably skews it in his favour as that’s a bit of a weird play to make as scum. If you’re not protection then he probably did it because he knew he had a good reason to get you lynched

Alternatively he could have just been doing it to set up his claim t

One thing that is sure is that people giving him town reads for it did so because it was such a DUMB thing to do. But if you think of it in that way then it actually makes more sense to do it as scum than it does as town. If it made sense to do it as town then people wouldn’t be giving out dumb town reads lol
