I pretty much moved to discord years ago and would only periodically pop in to see if old friends had a sudden urge to come back and reach out.
Which in some sense was a comfort even though I had long been forgotten on that site. But, with knowing this might be the end to that small connection to my past it hurts a little.

My favorite memories of NF are from way back. I joined the board back in 2004. Back then they also had a website where you could pay a monthly fee and you would have access to direct download Naruto episodes. Basically life got in the way around 2007 and I didn't rediscover my account on NF until around 2019 when I became active again.
But I definitely have to give some credit to NF for introducing me to a lot of good anime and manga in my early years. NarutoFan, Arlong Park Forums, and Adult Swim Forums (RIP).
