It seems pretty much everyone came into this game with a lighthearted attitude and that's gonna make it harder to spot scum just from behavior.

I'm honestly not sure and this would have to be host confirmed; I have been in games where the host was 50/50 on it and did a mix of deliberate roles + randomized ones.

But I vaguely recall these were caricature-type games where the roles were based on players

if that's the case, Flower got hella insanely lucky rolling it - I suppose I have a hard time seeing it as not deliberate

Once D3 starts and the restriction is lifted we are going to get a lot of roleclaiming I imagine. So that would've also gone to show how fake or genuine people's initial ratings were.
