I can't really grasp why he is tunneling as hard on this as either alignment. Which generally leaves me with "maybe it's to lean into a WIFOM defence". That being, circular logic where he argues "why would I do this as scum". The thing is, as Town I would expect him to weigh the evidence, press the reset and move on. I honestly don't know why Craig would be fearful of being shot or lynched. He's also a vanilla role now. So why be scared to die? You saved townies and your town flip would give people somewhere to go.
